Welcome to KinConfirm ("we," "our," "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the KinConfirm mobile application and related services (the "Service"). By using KinConfirm, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use KinConfirm. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.
• By creating an account, you represent that you have the authority to agree to these Terms.

2. Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You agree not to share your account with others outside of your family group or household.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Free Plan

• KinConfirm offers a free plan that allows one family group with up to three members (the account holder plus two additional members).
• The free plan may include limited functionality compared to paid subscriptions.
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free plan at any time.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• KinConfirm offers subscription plans (e.g., Family 10, Family 25, Family 50) with monthly and annual billing options.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.
• Payments are processed through Apple or Google and are subject to their terms and policies.

5. Use of the Service

• KinConfirm is designed to help families verify the identity of members in real-time using push notifications and biometrics.
• You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, or using it for unlawful purposes.
• We may modify or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.

6. Privacy

Your use of KinConfirm is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

7. Intellectual Property

• All rights, title, and interest in KinConfirm (including the app, logos, and trademarks) belong to us.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service unless expressly permitted by law.

8. Disclaimers

• KinConfirm is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
• We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or 100% secure.
• We are not liable for any damages resulting from reliance on the Service, including missed or delayed notifications.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KinConfirm and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.

10. Termination

• You may stop using KinConfirm at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.
• Upon termination, your right to use KinConfirm will immediately end.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you in the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the new Terms.
